Wolf-PAC

Wolf-PAC’s mission is big and clear: get money out of politics and empower everyday people to drive real, lasting change. I joined the fight as a volunteer, and within a year, I was leading the graphics and video team. Guiding 10–15 designers and editors who were fully remote, fully spread out, but fully motivated.

Here’s the tough part: every single person on the team was a volunteer. Different backgrounds, different skill sets, different work styles. So I had to think like a leader, act like an architect, and communicate like a creative director. All while building systems that respected both the brand’s legacy and its future.

So yes, we refreshed the brand style. But more importantly, I helped turn passion into process—establishing workflows, setting creative standards, and developing a suite of scalable templates to multiply our impact across campaigns without sacrificing consistency.
